Activities and events done in past many years

• Regular Classes

  Regular Narayaneeyam, Bhagavad Geeta, Sundara Kandam, Devi Mahatmyaham and Srimad Bhagavatham classes are conducted at the registered office of the institution at no cost.

• Narayaneeya Saptaham every year from 1st January to 7th January

  Every year Narayaneeya Satsang Samiti conducts Narayaneeya Saptaham for seven days starting from 1st of January to 7th of January. By God’s grace and elder’s blessing we have conducted four Narayaneeya Saptahams since 2006. Free food distribution is also done on all the seven days during the Saptaham. This started since year 2006.

• Akanda Nama Japam

  Akanda Nama Japam was started by Mataji Naraharipriya and Swami Bhajanananda long time back in Dombivli. We were conducting the Nama Japam every year with Mataji’s blessing and She always graced the Nama Japam by her presence.

• Centernary celebrations of Swami Abedananda Bharati

  The Centenary year celebrations of Swami Abedananda Bharati was celebrated in 2008. As per Mataji’s instructions we conducted the Nama Japam at many devotees residences and temples every month without a break. We had a mega Nama Japam on 3rd November 2008 with Amma and team from Abedananda Ashram, Trivandrum. It was full day Nama Japam ending with Bhajan from Abedananda Ashram team.

• Religious Tours

  By the Grace of Lord Guruvayurappan, we could conduct few religious tours in last many years. Actually this was not started as a planned activity. It just came into being as few devotees expressed their desire to visit some important temples and religious places for Satsang and as they never had opportunity to visit. Almost all over India has been covered in last many years which includes all Jyothir lingas, Mukthinath, Pashupathinath, Chardham, many Shakthipeedas, and many divya desams. It has really been a great experience of Satsang during all these tours and we are sure, we all have been immensely happy and satisfied after all these tours.

• Ekadasi Parayanams

  Every Ekadasi we do parayanam of Sampoorna Narayaneeyam and Srimad Bhagavad Gita alternatively at the registered office of the Trust.  Many devotees participate and Prasadam is distributed after the event.

• Haribhojanam

  Haribhojanam (Food for Soul) is a program started by Narayaneeya Satsang Samiti on 1st January 2020, to provide food for destitute children and families in and around Mumbai, Navi Mumbai, Thane, Dombivli and Kalyan.  These children do not get properhygenic and healthy food.  As food is the funamental need of a child, we havve started our endeavour to provide them with good healthy cooked food.  This has been happening regularly and even during COVID times this was done without any break.
